Use these three tips to prioritize your marketing tasks so you feel less stress and more in control of your time:
Brainstorm everything at once: This is a simple, yet highly effective tip that helps clear your mind so you can focus better on your work. Try to get every single task on paper, no matter how large or small. The goal is to clear your mind of all the lingering tasks so you can focus on prioritizing the “must do” ones.

Identify “mission-critical” tasks: There are some marketing tasks that are critical to the success of your business. There are those that support important and there is a third category for those marketing tasks that are nice to do when you have the time. Identify tasks that can be delegated: There will most likely be a lot of marketing tasks that you do not necessarily have to complete on your own. Things like research, report updates and the likes can be delegated to someone else.
