Since you are not related by blood there is should be no problem with this.

And one more thing, her uncle and her are not siblings. Her uncle is her father's sibling.

Nonetheless, you should ask your uncle about it or some other elderly member of your family in case there is a special rule against it in your own family.

But generally, I think the only thing that should be a big deal will be getting her to say yes to you.

If she does, then go ahead and be with her.
