Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott was involved in an incident at a Dallas bar last night that left a 30-year-old man hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, per a report from ESPN. Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan first reported on the incident.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Dallas PD sent officers to Clutch Bar & Restaurant last night at 9:40 p.m. local time. A 30-year-old man said he was assaulted, and he was later taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police records show that he was treated for a broken nose. No suspects have been arrested yet, although a police investigation is ongoing. The NFL acknowledged they were aware of the incident and would be looking into things as well.

TMZ obtained a video which they say shows the victim writhing on the ground in pain, supposedly taken just after he was punched. The person who took the video, they say, told them that Elliott punched the man out.
The person who shot the video tells us the man was involved in a verbal altercation with a woman who was in Ezekiel’s party ... when Ezekiel got involved.
The witness says she saw Ezekiel punch the man — corroborating the story the victim’s friend told police. However, cops at the scene could not confirm Zeke was the attacker and he has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
Meanwhile, Elliott is still under NFL investigation for an alleged 2016 domestic violence incident and he could soon be suspended for one or two games.
