Falcons head coach Dan Quinn, fresh off blowing a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl, has joined the rich NFL tradition of corny motivational gimmicks. Behold the clock in Quinn’s office:
“Live in the moment” is a fine message to convey, but I’m not sure if a guy who lost the Super Bowl by somehow blowing an eight-point lead while in field-goal range with 4:40 left to play should be ignoring the value of a regular clock.
