High Chief Aloysius Ikegwuonu, a.k.a Bishop, the alleged intended target of the brutal attack on a Catholic church in Ozubulu, Anambra state, on Monday, paid a surprise visit to victims of thechurch shooting.
A massacre which threw the entire nation into mourning on the 6th of August 2017 at St. Phillip’s catholic church, Ofufe-Amakwa Ozubulu, Anambra state.
Preliminary reports released by the Anambra state government stated that the attack was an aftermath of a feud between “two brothers” while the Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, Mr Garba Umar related it to a ‘gang war’.
The Police are yet to conclude investigation into the unfortunate incident.
Aloysius Ikegwuonu, the founder of Ebubechukwu Uzo Foundation, lost his father in the brutal attack. He is pictured visiting the injured victims of the St Philip Catholic Church Ofufe Amakwa Ozubulu at various hospitals.
