The president is back at the head of the table after missing last week's meeting.
President Muhammadu Buhari is currently presiding over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
The meeting was presided over last week by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo as the president was away in the United States of America for the 72nd session of the United Nations' General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
Other cabinet members that could not attend the meeting due to being on the president's delegation to the UN are the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama; Minister of State for Environment, Ibrahim Jibrin; and the Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed.
