Colclough rushed to the hospital after he was substituted to see his partner deliver baby boy.
It was double joy for Wigan forward Ryan Colclough who made it to the hospital just in time to see his partner deliver his son just after scoring two goals in a league game.
Colclough started Wigan home Football League One game against Doncaster on Tuesday, November 21.
The 22-year-old winger netted twice, in the dying minutes of first half and in the 58th minute as Wigan beat Doncaster 3-0.
He was substituted in the game before he dashed to the hospital to see his partner deliver a baby boy.

A photo shared on social media has Colclough in his full Wigan kit holding his newborn baby.
“At half-time, we got the message that his missus' waters had broken, his second child,” Wigan assistant manager Leam Richardson said.
“As soon as he got his second goal he was off the pitch because his head was somewhere else.
“We're all men, we're all individuals - some of the players wouldn't have gone, they'd be still in the dressing room now!
“Others want to get straight out to support their partner, and you respect every individual in what they want to do.”
Colclough later took to Twitter to express his delight with marking the birth of his son with two goals.
“What a great result and team effort from all the boys. I'm so happy to mark the birth of my second son with two goals and the win he made it a hat-trick for me! Appreciate the messages! #UpTheTics.”
