Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde celebrates 40th birthday

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde's birthday, climaxed with a dinner themed #Omotola4point0 which was attended by a lot of celebrities, friends and family.

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde's five-day event to mark her birthday climaxed with the "Omosexy Ball" which took place at the Landmark Event Center in Lagos.

The event which was also themed #Omotola4Point0 which took place on Sunday February 11, 2018, saw the creme de creme of Nigeria society in attendance. The event kicked off with the red carpet where all the celebrities came out all looking smashing in their outfits.

Inside the beautifully decorated hall which looked every inch serene with it's black and red colors showcased the amount of time, money and detail spent in getting everything together. Tola Zee, a saxophonist welcomed the guest with his beautiful sounds, playing from the old school vibes to the new vibes, to the admiration of the crowd.

 

The roll call of the guest was indeed a show that Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde is highly respected an viewed as one influential personality in the country. From billionaire businessman, Aliko Dangote to royal fathers and high chiefs including the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, the list was endless.

 

Omotola's colleagues from the entertainment industry weren't left out with the likes of Desmond Elliot, Rukky Sanda, Funke Akindele, Racheal Oniga, Eyinna Nwigwe, IK Ogbonna, Alex Ekubo, Bimbo Akintola, Toyin Abraham, Gbero Ajibade, Omoni Oboli to name few were all in attendance.

 

The event was anchored by two formidable comedians, Bovi and TeeA who kept the guest laughing at every point of the event. Omotola wowed the crowd when she took up to the stage and performed a single from her last album. Two incredible DJs, DJ Humility and DJ Obi where in hand to dish out melidious sounds to the guest and they sure did an amazing job.

 

The event didn't just end with the amazing food and drinks but with the performance from the Kokomaster D'Banj, Sir Shina Peters who kept everyone dancing all through the night. The Legend himself, King Sunny Ade climaxed the night with his powerful performance.
