John Ogu and Chidozie Awaziem are happy to continue representing Nigeria
Super Eagles duo of John Ogu and Chidozie Awaziem took to social media to celebrate their call up and representing their country.
The duo featured for the Super Eagles in their last international friendly match against Argentina, went on their official Twitter accounts to express their delight.
John Ogu who plays in midfield for Hapoel Be'er Sheva of Israel wrote on his handle, “Representing my Country is an honour that nobody can ever take away from me and something that I am so proud to have Achieved .. I so Grateful to God for all..”
His post was accompanied with photographs of him representing the Super Eagles.
Chidozie who plays in defence for French outfit Nantes wrote on his handle, “Representing this country has always been my dream and am so happy about it....#dutycalls#”
With his post accompanied with a picture of him in the starting line-up of the Super Eagles.
Spanish side Las Palmas recently revealed that Oghenekaro Etebo has received an invitation for the upcoming Super Eagles friendlies.
Ogu and Awaziem’s post on social media hints that they also have called up by Super Eagles handler Gernot Rohr, for the upcoming friendlies in March.
The Super Eagles take on Poland on Friday, March 23 and Serbia on Tuesday, March 27 as they continue their preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup
