When going healthy I advice you don’t limit yourself to just the regular or cliché food.
In my quest for healthy eating and trying to stay in shape, I’ve tried different types of diet.
I’m not one of those people who believe in eating just fruits and vegetables. I love to eat and try out ‘interesting’ meals. When going healthy I advice you don’t limit yourself to just the regular or cliché food(we ain’t regular here lol…) Try to think outside the box to make that healthy life more exciting!
On this episode I’ll be teaching how to make cabbage swallow! Yes you read that right; “Cabbage’’ don’t worry its quite easy and there are other vegetables you can also use as a replacement like eggplant or garden egg, cauliflower…..etc.
